Haldi Ceremony

Vara Puja (Groom's Arrival)

Dulha and Dulhan Entrances

Following her entrance, the groom, adorned in traditional attire, also arrives via a separate boat, evoking a sense of anticipation and excitement among the guests.

Joint Entrance to the Mandap

Mangal Fera

On the floating mandap, a small sacred fire is lit, representing the divine witness to the couple’s vows. The couple walks around the fire seven times, taking sacred vows and promising to support each other throughout their lives. Vidai (Bride's Farewell)

The bride bids farewell to her family and steps onto a beautifully adorned boat, which carries her away from her parental home. As the boat glides gracefully over the water, both tears and smiles blend in a poignant moment filled with love, gratitude, and hope for a new chapter in her life.

Reception
