Qualification:- Any Graduate/Experienced preferred
Preferred Industry:- Hospitality, Water Park, Educational Institutions, Travel Trade or Retail.

Roles and Responsibilities:-
1. You shall be responsible for the ticketing at the Entartica Seaworld Sabarmati Centre.
2. Tele calling and regular following up with the generated leads at the Center or assigned by the SRM
3. Help the guest in understanding the activities and services.
4. The candidate should be able to work within a team.
5. Reinvent ways of pitching to candidates and closing the sales on calls.
6. Make them understand the facilities of the Entartica Seaworld Park.
7. Proficient in MS Office. A lot of work would be data driven and would require maintaining reports.
8. Should be well versed with English, Hindi and Gujrati.
9. Ready to stretch limits to achieve goals.
10. Excellent communication and selling skills are mandatory.

Roles and Responsibilities:-
1. Conduct briefings, and share targets & updates with team members.
2. Handle the guest queries and maximize the revenue at the site.
3. Ensures that facility and equipment are maintained to company standards on a day-to-day basis.
4. Keep smooth coordination between the guest, and ticketing staff.
5. Ensures health and safety compliances, and company safety and security policies are met.
6. Handling the CRM leads and distributing them to the team.
7. Full responsibility for the front of the house includes ticketing, sales, food zone etc.
8. Directly perform hands-on work on an ongoing basis to train employees, respond to customer service needs, or otherwise role model appropriate skills and behaviours at the centre.
9. To operate shifts under mandatory SOPs and guidelines of the organization.
10. To manage revenue periods and provide additional management by the coverage of operating hours and direct supervision.
11. Should be well versed in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
