Your Day at a Glance

• 7:30 am – We gather for a quick briefing to help you understand all the rules and safety measures. It’s also a great time to get to know your competitors.
• 7:45 am – the first round of the competition kicks off. Three double-seater kayaks will clash paddles in an exciting race. Every minute counts, so give it your all!
• 8:10 am – it’s time for the second round. The action heats up as another set of 3 double-seater kayaks battle it out. The water splashes get bigger, and the stakes get higher!
• 8:35 am – we move into the third round. This is where things really start to get tense. Your chance to make it to the finals is just a paddle away.
• 9:00 am – the winners of the previous rounds face off in a nail-biting final. It’s a single-seater kayak showdown to decide the ultimate champion.
• 9:15 am – We wrap up the day with a prize distribution. Take home not just prizes but a bunch of amazing memories too.

Additionally, we offer a free kayaking practice session one week before the big race. This gives you ample time to familiarize yourself with the kayaks and the water conditions.

To take part in the Kayak Race, you must register on our official website or through designated registration platforms we’ll announce. Filling out all the details correctly is crucial; any incomplete or wrong information can disqualify you. Make sure to register early as spots fill up quickly. The registration fee is non-transferable, so be absolutely sure before you sign up.

Who Can Join the Race?
The race is not just for professionals; it’s open to anyone who loves water and adventure. However, you have to meet certain age and skill-level conditions. You also need to show a valid photo ID during registration for verification. If you’re signing up as a team, each member must meet these requirements.

Your Safety, Our Priority

Our event staff and lifeguards are well-trained and will be on the lookout for any safety violations. Not following safety guidelines can result in immediate disqualification and you might be asked to leave the venue.

What We Provide
You don’t have to bring anything; we provide the kayaks. Each kayak meets safety standards and will be inspected before the event to ensure it’s up to the mark. Just come in comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting wet.

Plan Changes
Sometimes, things don’t go as planned. If we have to cancel the race because of bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we’ll let you know as soon as possible and refund your registration fee. However, if you cancel from your side, no refunds will be given.

Capture the Moment
We’ll have photographers and videographers capturing the excitement. These photos and videos might be used for our marketing later on. But don’t worry, you’re free to take your own photos and videos. If you want to share them, just give proper credit to Entartica SeaWorld.
