Cancellation Policy

  • 50 % Refund: If the cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the commencement of the Activity.
  • Full refund: If the cancellation takes place more than 3 days before the start of the Activity, applicable for specific offerings such as House-boat & Yacht reservations.

Note

  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment used at the time of booking.
  • Refunds for transactions made via credit/debit card or online bookings may take approximately 5 to 7 working days to process.
  • The original receipt must be provided to facilitate the refund process.

Refund Policy

  • In the event of a cancellation from our end, we commit to a 100% refund, provided the booking was made through our official website. For bookings facilitated by aggregator websites, we advise you to contact the respective company for your refund.
  • If you initiate the cancellation of the tour/activity, you may contact us to either retain the credit for a future event or request a refund as per the above-stated Cancellation Policy.

For Offers & Promotions

  • Discounts are applied to the booking amount, excluding convenience fees and GST.
  • Bookings made using promotional codes are not eligible for refunds or credits for future tours/activities.
  • In instances of cancellation, customers will not qualify for the above-mentioned cancellation policy.
  • Promotional offers are not valid for offline payments.
  • Offers cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
  • Entartica Seaworld reserves the right to revoke the offer or cancel the booking in cases of any misuse or abuse of offers by the customer or travel agent.

Cancellation Policy for Maha Kumbh 2025 Snan by Boat – Entartica Village

  • Location:
  • Entartica Village, Sector 23, Sankat Mochan Marg, Arail Ghat Road,
    Nearby Shivalay Park Road, Prayagraj.

Booking & Arrival Policy

Customers must arrive at the site at least 30 minutes before their scheduled boating time.
If there is a queue for boating, customers must wait for their turn. No arguments or disputes will be entertained in such cases.
Failure to arrive on time will result in cancellation of the slot, and no refund will be provided.

Refund & Rescheduling Policy

  • If the ride is canceled due to VIP entry, restrictions imposed by Jal Police, or any other unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be processed.
  • If a customer is late and misses their slot, a refund will not be issued. However, the booking can be rescheduled for the next available day within 10 days.
  • Rescheduling for Shahi Snan day is not permitted.
  • Tickets booked for normal days can be rescheduled only for another normal day, not for Shahi Snan day.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will only be processed if the customer provides a signed receipt from an authorized site team member.

  • The email must include:
    Reason for the refund request
    Booking receipt
    Bank details
  • Signed refund receipt from the authorized site team
  • By booking the Maha Kumbh Snan by Boat, customers agree to all the above terms and conditions. Entartica Village reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
