For every ride, guests are provided with life jackets and necessary safety gear, while professional staff are present to guide and supervise, and on-site facilities like changing rooms, lockers, and food outlets are available for convenience.

You can book your passes online through the Entartica SeaWorld website, where you’ll receive a confirmation email and SMS after payment. Alternatively, if you book through a third-party service like District, Paytm, or BookMyShow. However, we recommend advance booking for weekends and holidays. If booked online, future offers are available, so you will get notified.

It is recommended to bring swimwear, a change of clothes, a towel, sunscreen, water shoes or flip-flops, and a waterproof pouch for electronics, as well as cash or cards for food and additional purchases.

Most rides have minimum age requirements, typically ranging from 3 to 60 years, and pregnant women, young children and are advised not to participate for safety reasons.

Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before you visit, with a 25% cancellation charge. Still, no refunds are given if cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled visit, and late arrivals may result in cancellation without refund.
