In consideration of my being nominated at my request as a participant in all waterborne activities at this Entartica Sea world, I undertake and agree that neither I nor executor nor administration will make any claim against ECHT Conglomerate Private Limited, Ahmedabad its officers, boat operators or against any person in the service of Entartica Sea world in respect of any Loss or Injury to the property of person (including in case of death) which may suffer while participating or in consequence of such activities.

I understand this policy.
I agree so as to bind myself and execute indemnity to the Entartica Sea world, Officers, Boat operating Staff and any person in service of ECHT Conglomerate Private Limited, Ahmedabad against any claim which may be made by third party against them or any matter arising out of default on my part during and in connection of said waterborne activities.
