Hiranandani Sands, Alibaug is a large luxury coastal township being developed near Nagaon Beach in Alibaug by the Hiranandani Group. The project is designed as an integrated beachside community combining residential, hospitality, and entertainment.
Spanning 225 acre, the township is designed as Mumbai’s lifestyle extension hub, featuring luxury homes, signature villas, plotted developments, and branded serviced apartments.
